Residence Inn by Marriott Corona Riverside

The good: conveniently located close to freeways, shopping & gas. Lots of parking, friendly staff. The bad: walls are thin. We heard EVERYTHING on both sides of the room. The fan in the bathroom wasn't very good, so we had to keep the door open when not in use to keep it from smelling musty. The room was NOT clean! I ended up having to wipe almost every surface with clorox, spray the room down with Lysol and request bedding for the sofa bed as the bag in the closet smelled terrible. When we pulled out the sofa bed, the mattress was flat and FILTHY. The pillows all smelled moldy and the carpet had food smashed into it in different places.

The customer service at this location is excellent! Hotel rooms are average in most aspects. The housekeeping could do a better job at cleaning the rooms and hotel, but other than that our stay was decent. We noticed small cleanliness issues like dirty light switches and the tubs could use a lil more elbow grease. Beds are amazingly comfortable and the ac worked soo good! Parking was easy and complimentary which is nice! Would i stay again? Yes, as the price is right, the hotel is bug free and the beds are awesome! Its also conveniently located near stores and restaurants.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I was very disappointed with my experience at the Residence Inn Corona Riverside from January 30–January 31. At most Marriott properties, elite members are acknowledged at check-in, thanked for their loyalty, and at minimum offered basic perks like bottled water. None of that happened here. There was no greeting and no acknowledgment of my Gold Elite status, and it felt like pulling teeth to receive any elite benefits. I even had to negotiate for a 1 PM late checkout, when most Marriott properties easily offer the 2 PM late checkout that is supposed to be part of the Gold Elite perks. There was also no room upgrade, and not even a simple hello or goodbye during our interactions. The lack of professionalism and hospitality from the front desk staff

Stayed here a few weeks ago & was a very nice hotel !! I got lost in the hallways many of times, the front desk blonde lady was super nice & helpful ☺️ the housekeeping did not put the bag with linen for pull out bed, I am a housekeeper so I was expecting it !! But understand it gets super busy so we forget sometimes !!! Would stay here again, not a noisy hotel and you will get good rest !! Breakfast was soo good too 🩷

This is one of my new favorite hotels in the area. I needed a work retreat to get a lot of work done and it was perfect and quiet. The staff were amazing, especially Sean and Edgar (and lots of ladies!). I was able to print my work docs as needed which was great. And the free breakfast was better than most. I love how the rooms have a desk and a couch with a table, and a small table. And the firepit was awesome to sit at day or night. I would come back for sure when I get the chance!
