I'm disappointed I was not refunded some. First, I had school work to do and needed wifi. You advertise you have working wifi. The whole stay the wifi barely worked. Then my last night I was locked out of my room from 6:30pm to 10:30pm because the lock died and there was no way to get into my room after being in school all day. Loud noise. Door had huge gaps. Very disappointing. The one decent thing was the workers are fairly nice.
We stayed at the Rodeway Inn Civic Center for about two and a half weeks, spending $1,199.66. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. Our room was never cleaned once during the entire stay—the only service we received was one towel exchange! I even tipped the housekeeper $10 when she asked that we place our dirty towels by the door, but later the front desk reprimanded me for doing exactly that. It was confusing and uncomfortable. In addition, the front desk had promised to call me back when a different room became available, but I never received that call. Overall, I was disappointed in the lack of communication and basic housekeeping. I hope management improves consistency between staff and ensures rooms are properly serviced in the future.
Honestly I should leave a negative google review but I don't think I will. I'm disappointed I was not refunded some. First, I had school work to do and needed wifi. Positive: The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Negative: The elevator was broken and since all rooms were upstairs, it was very difficult for 2 elderly and disabled women.
Stay there for four nights, as we were looking for a centrally-located budget conscious hotel. Unfortunately the room we had had never been renovated it was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed at when it comes to the quality of the furniture and the linens. The room was clean but the furniture and bed linens were so old so dirty and so used it was uncomfortable at best. Looking at some of the other rooms renovated it's a bad luck of the draw that we got what was the most rundown hotel room I've ever stayed at home . Again the location was great the people were nice our room was just an absolute rundown piece of junk
