Rochester Airport Marriott

Stayed this weekend for a wedding. Room was clean, staff very friendly. This is probably one of the best experiences I have had in Rochester. The restaurant staff was fantastic, Brittany was very friendly and everyone did a great job. I am looking forward to staying here again for future trips!

Positive: One of my favorite places to stay Negative: When i checked in the restaurant was suppose to open at 4. Never opened. Then going to my room they were still cleaning and the way the house keeper had the hallway was giving dirty. Linen on the floors, vacuum cleaner on middle of hallway just untidy!

My wife and I used this hotel for our wedding weekend for us and all of our guests to stay at, and we also hosted our welcome drinks event here. The staff is truly amazing here, and were so helpful with everything! Our event was awesome too. The drinks and food were great, the event space was really impressive, and everyone seemed to have a great time. The rooms were also nice and clean. Lastly, after our wedding we came back to the hotel late and they chose to keep the bar open late for us at no extra cost, and were happy to serve us drinks late into the night for no reason other than to make our night special. The new lady checking us in was nice and tried her best and that was the highlight of the stay. The hotel is in desperate need of a facelift. The room was very musty smelling and bothered the entire families allergies. The beds were old and not comfortable at all. The housekeeping comes every 4 days which I found out about by finding a piece of paper hidden on the desk. The towels, soap and shampoo were not full to begin with. We had to try and get more towels which was hard because workers didn’t understand what you were asking. We were confirmed to have breakfast included but each time we went in we were given different information. The “buffet” is only on the weekends and is the same as any other hotels included breakfast. Nice hotel on the inside. You can generally get a 1pm checkout if they have availability. No free breakfast but overall pretty good!
