Riverwalk Inn and Suites

My wife has a service animal they tried to turn us away because of her. The man at the front desk took pics of the wife's paperwork and her service dog. Not once did the housekeeping knock on the door when we checked out the man came to check the room nothing was messed up we even cleaned the room up because housekeeping didn't stop by and we was there all together there for over 10 nights.... while she was sleep she started her monthly and bleed on the fitted sheet because of that the man from front desk blamed her service dog and said the sheet was damaged and kept her deposit money that man had it out for us from day one because he knew it was against the law to turn us away also when u used the microwave the TV would shut off

The good think about this place that I can say it’s that they were the only ones who had last minute reservations. The room was horrible bad odor ,feces on sink toilet , floors very nasty not clean ,Roaches fridge not clean and very old, AC was not working everything in the room is to old and not well maintained this was not a good place to go on my vacation the guy who check the room at the end was rude ,my nephew did spill some applesauce in the bed and he said next time I have to wash the pillowcases I did say sorry there will be no next time because it was very expensive for what I was expecting.I left a tip because I did feel bad but it was not worth it.Pictures on line are a jock because the place is not how they post them ..Sorry but with $300 per 2 nights ,I can get a better plac

Absolutely discussing. Bedding was stained and full of cigarette burn holes even though I chose a non-smoking room. The AC unit at the window was damaged and full of trash. The carpet was damp and sticky. The bathroom had mold growing between the tiles, and there was a wet, filthy towel laying on the floor. The tub was lined with soap scum. And after taking my concerns to the front desk I was told that they would give me new bedding to put on myself, but was not even so much as offered a different room for the other many issues, and was told that there was a no refund policy. No refunds for my own mistake is fine - but no refunds because the motel refuses to clean their rooms is completely unacceptable. We did not stay, the place made my skin crawl. Don’t do it - I’ve never been more gross

You have to call the office to reset the hot water so you can shower. I sat outside for an hour waiting for someone to come to the office to get a key reset. So much drug transaction it’s horrible

I have no idea how this place is up to code. I don't think it is. First off. They could of told me to bring a mop and cleaning supplies... Asked for a non smoking and got a smoking room. No trash cans, no remote for tv. Front desk did bring one...feces in the toilet, refrigerator leaking, ceiling in bathroom falling in. Crumbs in the bed so doesn't seem like they changed sheets. Floors are horribly dirty. There's old mattresses laying outside. Our bed sinks in the middle. Not worth the 300$ for 2 nights. Not worth 10$. Definitely reporting this place. Not safe for kids either.
