This place is terrible. Rooms dirty, tub and microwave filthy, tub brown with hair on it . Floors swept but dirt in corners haven’t been mopped in a while. Was greeted by roaches in the middle of the night in the bathroom and by the sink. People in parking lot asking for money. Couldn’t sleep after seeing that roaches left 3am and went to the casino. Didn’t expect a lot but definitely not this don’t suggest staying here

The customer service is beyond terrible.i don't recommended it anytime.tell the lady I will renew my reservation.go to my shift and come back my stuff was throwing on the floor.the crazy part she decline me .and all bank card was missing. Good bless is America

This place is a dump. We got 2 rooms, one room had a dead cockroach in it, the wall was peeling, had water damage and mold. Plus there were a lot of bugs flying around in there. The other room, went to turn the light on, and got zapped by the light switch. Plus also watched a drug deal happen in the parking lot. In addition to that, getting our money back is proving to be a challenge. I would not recommend this place.

The lady running the hotel was nice. My room was disgusting. Shower had hair all on it and drain was clogged had to take a shower in a diff room. The floors were not swept counters had cobwebs. Then I asked for bleach and a broom to clean my room and she gladly let me. And told me she doesn't complain to the cleaning lady because she's worked there so long and she is elderly. I said I understand but these rooms are disgusting. If you want a clean place to stay this is not the place for you. Btw the cleaning lady knocked on my door as we were leaving. She was not an old lady

My wife and I had a terrible experience here. We booked the room as a non smoking room only to get there and have the room smell heavily of cigarettes. Not only this, there were also several cigarette burns on the bedding as well as stains. The bathroom light did not work and the bottom of the bathtub was brown. The room was disgusting. After seeing the state of the room, we decided to not stay the night and ask for a refund. While talking to a receptionist, they claimed that the smell was from the upstairs neighbors and brushed it off when I brought up the burns in the sheets. They then refused to give a refund and would not budge. Don’t stay here if you want an enjoyable trip.
