Quality Inn & Suites Olde Town

It's very hard to give a good review for a hotel with a microwave that looks clearly like it had a fire inside! All of the furnishings need to be updated, with the possible exception of the king bed which was comfortable. There were stains on the only chair at the table and the couch. The room was spacious... until you open up the convertible couch. After that you have to squeeze around it to get into the bathroom. When I picked up the tray holding the ice bucket, the counter underneath it was completely blackened by the bottom of that tray. There was also a very sketchy plug under the microwave, near the kitchen sink. The flat screen was fine. The water pressure was so low! There was barely any water coming out, literally. Also all the ice machines are out of order and there is no sign of it getting fixed anytime soon. The breakfast selection was mediocre at best, with no hot food at all. I would only recommend in case of an emergency.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a cozy bed and a great kitchenette. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety of tasty options. The location is convenient, close to shopping and dining. Overall, a fantastic stay for both business and leisure travelers! I would recommend it.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good Portsmounth location. We stay here about 15 nights a year when we visit family and go boating. Parking is near front door. Two days before we stay at the Hyatt Hotel in Virginia Beach. Found that hotel to have a lumpy bed with hard pillows and the room needed some maintenance issues. Parking was a block away.

Booked a room lost my id while traveling to location from Missouri got refused service or ability to contact the general manager etc it was a non refundable booking per the hotels rules and refused any remedy to resolve... Basically was legally robbed and put to stay out on the streets since no longer had money for place to stay and the place had my money refused let me stay!!!! Absolutely would not stay or book here worst customer service ever and they definitely think they are better than the customers they provide services too!!!!
