Worst. BAD attitude. ASKED for a water they took 5 hours to bring it bed bugs. Beer cans in the sink

Location is terrible. Leave nothing in your car. Strange people walking around, meeting & leaving. If your a guy, and not intimidated, fine, save some bucks and book here. If your a lady or have kids. Go elsewhere. Rough neighborhood

Absolutely do NOT stay here! I repeat, do NOT! For your own safety! I had booked a room for two nights and made the mistake of not looking at the reviews of this hotel. I choose this place because it was cheap. Well, cheap isn’t always the right answer let me tell you. I had arrived to check in and the owner barely spoke English. I was already creeped out from the environment and my surroundings. Let me just say this first: the pictures and what they say online are NOTHING like them in person! I booked a king room which included a kitchen and the room had a king bed, and a cabinet with a fridge in it and a microwave on top. That’s it for the “kitchen”. The bathroom was NOT clean at all! They had not cleaned the shower and there was mold on the shower curtain. The towels they left “clean” f

The Quality Inn at London and Elm is possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I was encouraged to stay in Portsmouth, because a friend said that some parts of Norfolk are really bad, and should be avoided. This area was said to be pretty good. -- I don't think so. This particular building is being used as an extended stay, and there are many tenants who are using this as their permanent residence. They yell at one another from across the parking lot - which is extremely easy to hear. Even over the sound of the air conditioning unit running on high-fan. The shower in my unit wouldn't output hot water. At all. I finally sucked it up, and got into the room-temperature water, which finally heated up after about fifteen minutes. Luckily, I planned ahead on day two - and preheated my shower

I'm not one to give bad reviews but damn. Roaches, poo smeared down the side of the bed, unwashed bedding complete with smeared makeup and blood on the pillow cases. I had no problem getting a refund but the lady at the counter acted like she was disgusted with housekeeping, then hands me refund and says "New Yorkers are so finnikey." She was disgusted with my disgust and I honestly found it funny, however, I don't think this is a legitimate motel. The sign does not say Rodeway Inn but everything inside does. The sign said something like Cozy inn... Yet is listed as Quality Inn on Google. Who knows. One sketchy place though.
