Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester West/Greece

We always try to stay at Marriott properties - first time at this location - very easy to communicate with the hotel via chat - quick response ! Friendly front desk staff , room was very comfortable, Evening time - front desk has freshly baked warm cookies plus selections of coffee and hot tea. Breakfast has all the basic - eggs, sausage, hash browns . There are fruits plus choices of breads ! Quality of food is good! We will be back !

Room reasonably comfortable and clean. However there were no meal plates on kitchen shelves and the very nice front desk person needed to provide me with plates. After using Marriott for nearly 30 years for business and pleasure refurbished Towne Place Suites are actually better than Residence Inns.

We spent 3 nights here at end of September. Hotel is located off of NY State route 104 and is a quick to access from Interstate 390. While route 104 is a busy road, the area immediately around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of parking and you can walk to Applebee's and Olive Garden which are adjacent to the hotel or you can walk across the pedestrian bridge over route 104 which will bring you to a Mexican restaurant and a sports bar and grill. The hotel itself is in very good shape, service was friendly, the King studio was very spacious for a studio, it had a full refrigerator, 2 burner stove, breakfast bar area, a comfortable sofa and a very comfortable king bed. Amazing hotel, very clean, nice & friendly staffs. Wonderful time with families, great buffet breakfast & swimming pool, highly recommended!! 😍

I booked 4 rooms, check-in was seamless. Doors/keys gave us a bit of a problem, we had to change the keys a few times, but was resolved quickly. Breakfast had good variety and workers worked hard to have the food trays stocked.
