Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix Glendale/Peoria

I stayed here 4 months while job training and it was an amazing experience! The staff was always available and happy to help! I even forgot something in my room when I left and they offered to mail it to me! Very great hotel!

I was so impressed with the hotel customer service. Everyone at the front desk greeted you every morning. Breakfast was top tier along with the workers. The rooms may need to be updated, but the didn't bother me. ||Great location. There are restaurants and bars all around the area.||The only issue was the spa being closed our entire stay. Would have been nice in the evening when it cooled down some.

From booking the room to check out, this experience was an A+! Everyone was so friendly, professional, and honest. The room was beautiful, in great condition and very comfortable. The staff took great care of us during check-in/out, breakfast, directions and housekeeping. Has a very nice lobby that we hung out in The evening with friends and family. We also utilized the pool which was very clean and pretty. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and had a couple different items each day.

The room and facilities were very nice. The service...AMAZING!! We specifically wanted a jacuzzi and had tried a few other places in the area. We were told the jacuzzi was functional, however, after checking in, found out it had been not heating and was drained. Tom was amazing and worked all afternoon to get it back up and heated for us and then called us to let us know it was working. Above and beyond great service! Thank you Tom!

Facts to know: No door on washroom from bedroom so first one up blinds the other in bed. WiFi is so slow it is not possible to download a video for your flight (ridiculous). No housekeeping service offered.
