Hampton Inn Phoenix/Glendale/Peoria

Stayed at this Hampton Inn for over a week. Big plus was this hotel allows dogs, very thankful for that! Also the complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus, giving a wide array of breakfast options made by a wonderful cook named “Q” for short. The cleaning staff were also a gem and available to help at all times it seemed. I recommend staying here, great location next to many restaurants. If you’re looking for quiet don’t stay on side facing the pool on the weekends.

We're headed back to California for the holidays, and our second stop was the Hampton inn suites in Phoenix/Glendale/Peoria. Where we got to spend time with my son, the hotel was easy to locate off the freeway. Room was very clean and well kept up. Got a good night's rest before a second long drive to Northern California. hotel staff Was extremely kind and courteous and made me feel welcomed truly appreciate customer service at this hotel. The hotel is located around so many things like restaurants, a mall, and plenty of shopping. If you're going to be in the phoenix Glendale Peoria area I highly recommend this hotel great value very clean hotel.

Positive: All of the ice machines were broken. Negative: Management was excellent.

I was very disappointed with this Hampton Inn. There was no shower gel. The toilet kept running and I was told they had no maintenance person working. The shower leaked all over the floor and there were no floor towels. We had to use hand towels to keep from slipping on the floor. The wifi was being repaired hotel wide. We were disturbed at around 7 pm for the wifi people to come in and check our wifi. This should have been done during business hours even on the weekend. We received 2 bottles of water as gold members. We were told that is all we get for free. That has never happened before. We We were there on the weekend and told no cookies were available on the weekends. I would think that is something that would be provided on weekends especially if you kids. A nicely kept, pet friendly hotel. Great location. Needs some renovation like new carpets, elevator maintenance. A suggestion - guests traveling with fur babies should be on certain floors like the 1st & 2nd floors. Being next door to a barking dog is unpleasant, especially when you don’t have a fur baby traveling with you.
