La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Phoenix West Peoria

Wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and truly went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast attendant was especially sweet—I looked forward to chatting with her each morning. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was warm and attentive. While there wasn’t a mini mart and the ice machine wasn’t working during my stay, the overall experience was excellent and made special by the amazing staff.

La Quinta delivers exactly what you'd expect: Friendly service, a light free breakfast, and an average room. If you come in with resort expectations, you'll be disappointed. However, they offer exceptional value imo. The location is right off a main highway with plenty within walking distance. Parking is free and plentiful. The rooms are of decent size. While the hotel itself is a bit dated in placed, that might be its only flaw.

Positive: The pool, hot tub, large room, quiet, and the very kind and helpful breakfast attendant Negative: The halls and rooms needed better vacuuming, the AC/Heater room could not be adjusted for desired temperature, even though it is a non-smoking hotel the room smelled of stale smoke, and at night the elevator shaft smelled strongly of Marijuana

My dispute is about the lack of security that the Hotel provided while I was a paying guest on their premises.|I arrived at room #115 at 8:00pm on 09/22/25. After removing my shoes and entering the bathroom, I noticed my socks became wet with urine near the toilet. I immediately was not only shocked but very grossed out. There was urine all over the bathroom floor.|Earlier approximately 7;30 am that same morning when I left the room, the bathroom floor was clean. I then left the room and while I was gone all day the cleaning people came in the room to clean the room. It was very evident that they were there because there were clean towels, the room the bed was made and the was tidied up. While at the toilet I took out my phone and took two pictures of the urine on the toilet and the floo

I would have gave a 5 star the hotel didn't offer any discount for having a family member in the hospital. I traveled 5 Hours to see my dad in the hospital in Phoenix since he was flown in from Gallup and I call the hotel and the lady told me they don't give discounts to staying guest that has family member that is a patient in Abrazo Arrowhead hospital
