The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed there for two days and had a great experience. The breakfast was really good, and Luis, who prepared it, was very kind and attentive. He made our stay even better. Thank you for the great service

Even the overnight staff at this hotel was friendly and engaging. I appreciated the chaise lounge chair in the room, which was nice for evening and early morning relaxation. The room was super clean, except for the carpet, which I noticed when doing yoga on the floor. The carpet in the elevators and stairways needs replacement. I loved my stay here, and I will be staying again in the future. It was very close to my family's home.

it was closed to the Arrowhead Town Center and 101. It was right in the Auto District. Crackle Barrel right next door and other restaurants closed by. We stayed here for visiting Sun City/Peoria/Deer Valley areas.||We had a 2-bed room on the 2nd floor. The room was a little cramped and needed upgrades. The air conditioner didn't work too well so I guessed it made the room kind of smelly. The room had a small safe, a small fridge, but no freezer. There was a 24-hr gym, and the outdoor pool was pretty small.||Friendly staff. The computers at the lobby was really slow and the printer was not working so we had to email the staff to get it printed by the staff. Typical breakfast menu. No change daily so it gets old after 2 days.

The accessible rooms are not accessible. If you need a shower seat and shower handset you will not find the "accessible" showers useful. Unlike almost every other holiday inn I've been to, this hotel does not care if you're disabled and need to wash your hair when you reserve an "accessible" room. The employees were kind but there's only so much you can hear there is nothing they can do. Management did not contact me in the morning as was repeatedly promised. Do not go here if you expect to be treated like a human and need disability accommodation. Beyond that horrible experience of paying full price for no shower, the hotel is grubby and run down. The rooms do not feel clean and there was hair all over. I post in hopes of sparing another disabled person the humiliation of staying here.

Great hotel, well put together and facility/rooms were all clean and taken care of. Breakfast was solid too, every staff member very pleasant. Only slight downside was traffic noise due to location but hey, it was pretty minor.
