What really stinks about doing reviews is you will always want to be honest but give an establishment the benefit of the doubt. Service here was good but the aesthetic and the comfort of the hotel was severely lacking!!!! If you want a dorm room or a sterile environment then this is what you'll get. Lackluster rooms with clearly particle board and cold laminate floors. You don't really call this a hotel as much as a bedroom in a bed. There's no amenities except for a tiny gym that you have to wait to get on the three pieces of equipment. There's no swimming pool no Glitz no glamour except the ability to charge you through the nose for every little thing. This is a newer hotel and it was quite clean. The woman at the front desk was kind and friendly, which I appreciated. I understand this property is designed for extended stays, but I only stayed one night. The hotel is very quaint and really just a place to sleep and go. The bed itself was comfortable, though the bedding layers were quite thin. One thing I found surprising is that although each room has a kitchenette, there is an additional fee to use kitchen utensils. I didn’t personally need them, but it felt odd to charge extra for something that seems standard with a kitchenette. There is no breakfast offered, no hair dryer, no iron and no ice machines in the hallways; while ice trays are provided in the room, I wasn’t prepared to be without typical hotel amenities. Do not book this place IF you intend to have a normal hotel experience. Not only do they not clean the rooms regularly, but they also do not provide silverware, pots/pans, or any extra appliances. All this and more can be “rented” at the desk? Rooms must have been recently painted or remodeled because the rooms carried a heavy “new” smell for the entire week of the stay. No pool/spa, no complementary breakfast, and the “gym” is quite poor. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfy, that’s about it. Overall a decent place if you know what to expect, but definitely quite a surprise if you’re used to other extended stay suite places.

Really have enjoyed our stay here,the entire staff across the board, they are awesome, Adrian, Alfredo, Deb,Maria,Darla, Angelina, Natalie, Matt and Janet-they all are just who you need when you're getting away or making you're way back up to normal living. They really put my family at ease in our transition and did all they can to brighten up our days, especially my kiddos. Janet even got my kids Christmas gifts. Totally blew my mind! Without this place things wouldve been filled with gloom but they all helped remind me there's great people out there and things will get better. They were attentive to all our needs over and beyond the normal experiences we've had staying other places. I am a guest at the Echo Suites Extended Stay (ESES) Hotel by Wyndham Peoria AZ. The hotel is beautiful brand new in suite kitchen full fridge cook top microwave free WiFi Smart tvs computer workspace area laundry and fitness center. The ESES hotel is also pet friendly. I feel as though I am in my own apartment instead of a hotel room The hotel is in a great location. The city of Peoria is only a few minutes from Phoenix AZ The ESES hotel is near the State Farm Stadium Arrowhead and Westgate Malls and shopping centers restaurants fine dining schools and several parks.
