DON’T STAY HERE !!! I've been traveling my whole life. For more than 30 years, but I've never experienced anything like this. I'm a Lifetime Gold Member at Marriot. I wanted to check in at 3 p.m. I had to wait until 6 p.m. for my room to be ready. Breakfast is served at 6 a.m. From 5:15 a.m. every morning, the lobby is full of people waiting for breakfast. That's ridiculous. There is a container of coffee in the lobby. It is already empty and there is no milk left. One day, I happened to find an employee and asked for milk because, for once, I was able to get half a cup of coffee. He said there was no milk left. Every morning it's the same drama. The room wasn't cleaned or the towels changed once in 10 days. This is the worst hotel ever. Even in third world countries, the service is better

Let me start by saying we choose this location because it was right across the street from the convention center that my daughter had a gymnastics competition being held at. But location being convenient was where it ends. We booked two separate rooms and they both had problems from the beginning. The bathroom plumbing was broken in both rooms. Which we didn’t discover until the middle of the night since we didn’t get to our rooms until very late at night coming from Long Beach and after working all day. The toilets were not flushing and one of them was not secured on the floor so it was wobbly. The lighting didn’t work in the kitchen area. The kitchen towel which we had never used was already used and stained with what appeared to be coffee stains. But they folded it back up and put it ou

As an aging road warrior, I’ve always relied on Residence Inn’s to be safe, clean, comfortable, and well-kept. A place you could always count on.||I’m not sure what’s going on with this property near the Ontario airport, but something’s off.||It’s not a housekeeping issue, mind you; the staff are friendly as can be. Maybe Covid took too much of a toll, or maybe Marriott is writing off this property… I don’t know, but this isn’t the Residence Inn quality I’ve experienced from so many other RI stays.||I’m not sure if this is owned by a third party and managed by a fourth party, or if it’s a Marriott-owned direct property—but someone’s taking out and not putting back in. Maybe it’s the current climate of greed, but it’s just sad.||I’ve included some pictures of worn carpet, ripped carpet, tor

Decided to stay here for a night. Had to switch rooms at 10pm because there was a motel party in the room above us. Yes I said motel because that’s how this felt. I do not understand how even with security on site, not once did they see or stop grown men from letting teenage girls in through the security gates. I believe at one point I watched security chatting with them like friends. We watched this happen for hours. Bathroom toilet flusher would have to fixed after every flush. Shower had hair still in the drain from the past guests. Missing coffee pot for the machine. Bedside lamps are built into the bed frame and falling off. Both rooms even after being moved just didn’t have that nice hotel fresh smell to them. The location is great, however it seems dated and there is a noticeable “I

Positive: The staff were exceptional and really went above and beyond. Negative: How run down the hotel has become. The grounds were very unkempt and smelled like mold and so did the room!
