Residence Inn by Marriott Danbury

This was the perfect home away from home for our family while we waited to move into our new home. We would definitely stay here again and to recommend it to friends and family. ||The hotel is clean as are the rooms—great job by the housekeeping team. The breakfasts were hearty and plentiful. Lots of options for any appetite. All day coffee and hot chocolate and complementary snacks (including ice cream bars) is a wonderful treat. All of the staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, but we especially recognize Manager Breana for her constant positiveness and assistance.

Positive: Easy to find off parkway. Price was ok Negative: From first night toilet broken and not fixed in the two days my guests were there. Sink clogged. Told sorry and will fix and not done. Only clean rooms every two days and fresh towels not given. Room 325.

stayed here for a week and a few days and it was reallly amazing i’m really hard times, we bad a kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room in the middle it was perfect!! They have breakfast every morning & the customer service desk is wonderful as well as the rest of the staff!! They are very friendly and hard working people! They made what me and my family are going through feel less hard and more hopeful. i will forever be grateful to have stayed here and wish i could have stayed longer. Thank you!

I chose to stay at the Residence Inn because it was going to be a long two week work trip and I wanted the comfort of a kitchen and a bedroom versus just a bed in a room with a microwave. I had a whole kitchen (4 stove top burner and an oven)! ||Being a single female by myself I also wanted to make sure it was a safe location and that it was clean. The Residence Inn was clean, safe, and accommodating. Anytime I needed anything they were quick to help out and did so kindly! ||My only feedback, is being that I am gluten intolerant, I would love to see more choices and options that I would be able to safely eat. I know that it’s a stretch but it would be nice. 💕However, for anyone without a gluten allergy, they had manyyyyyyy great choices! |Also, I am never a fan of hotel coffee, but theirs

I had a great stay at this Residence Inn. The staff was friendly the several times I interacted with them. My room was clean and comfy with plenty of room to settle in! Breakfast was included and offered a wide selection including hot eggs and sausage, and fresh fruit. I’ll definitely be back when I am return to town on my next trip!
