Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Plano/Legacy

So location works but these rooms are not up to standard! Sofa bed had a wild stain on it. Great staff because they moved me to another room but it’s the fact that it was there. Moving me wasn’t a guarantee the next room was better. Was it! Somewhat but you already get a feeling they aren’t deep cleaning just on the surface! Def wouldn’t recommend the location!

I have stayed that many residenceInns and I love them all. Everybody’s always friendly. The rooms are clean, and if you need anything they’ll get it for you.

Needs a refresh. Mattresses were too soft and beds were sloped. Missing sheets for pullout but staff brought to room upon request. Drains in showers were both slow. Breakfast offerings included brown bananas, not hot water for tea, sketchy muffins and suspect sausages along with other things. Staff was very responsive but they need better materials to work with.

I picked this hotel bc of the location and room layout, all of which worked for my family. The staff was friendly, although they charged me for the room at check-in when I’d already paid in advance. They apologized and issued a refund, and I saw it as just a slight inconvenience. But when I checked in to my room I noticed a large roach in the process of dying in the bathroom. I immediately called the front desk and they said they’d move me to another room. While I was waiting to be moved, I noticed two spiders on the floor. Because I was there for two nights I didn’t think it was worth the hassle to go elsewhere (especially since I had a credit card that had been charged for the room twice), but honestly I felt gross and paranoid that bugs would emerge during my whole stay. A nicely spacious studio room with a sofa bed, nice tv, bathroom, fridge, cooker, dishwasher, cutlery and plates (very self contained). Bed might not be as big as a Queen. Good amenities and a good location in Plano. The breakfast could be better. Enjoyed my stay.
