Customer Reviews
The location is very good and within easy walking distance of the center. The rooms are fine for the price and generally what you would expect from a mid-range hotel. Breakfast, however, was truly shocking. While the variety was acceptable, the food quality was quite low. Even worse, everything was served on disposable plates with plastic cutlery, all of which goes straight into the trash. This made the whole experience feel more like a fast-food junk place than a mid-range hotel — absolutely unclassy and with a complete disregard for the environment.
while the hotel is in a lovely area there are definitely things that could be improved. like parking and the customer service from reception. vallet is 60$ a NIGHT if you even get a spot, the side parking is 30$ a day. since i’m neurodivergent i need things explained to me a bit to help me understand i was asking the receptionist right at check in about parking. she looks me up and down, gives me the nastiness look, sighs, and proceeds to talk to me like i’m a child. everytime i had an interaction with this individual she was incredibly rude and judgmental. i’m heavily pregnant so im not dressed in jeans and a nice blouse to walk around the city with. i’m comfortable looking so im not sure if it was because of my attire or what. but overall the treatment wasn’t ok especially at checkout w
Very disappointing, great location but despite high room cost everything is done on the cheap - no water in rooms, limited kitchen facilities ( no kettle, washing up liquid) no loo brush, room service every 3rd day etc. and breakfast - poor (awful) food served on plastic plates & knives, forks etc & then disposed of yourself - mountain of waste no such thing as recycling here! If you are European - avoid at all costs. |On the positive room is good, location good but for a city break - no go
Positive: Location and size of room Negative: Fresh coffee not available 24/7
If I could give 6 stars for location, I would. Less than 15 minutes walk to TD Garden, 5 minutes to the Constitution, near the North End and Bunker Hill monument. Awesome! The only thing better than the location was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Either they hire exceptional people of the management sets a great tone, or both, but the team there was top notch. This will 100% be my go to place to stay for Bruins games.
