Ricky is easily one of the friendliest and most understanding people I’ve met during the check in process. Not only was he extremely professional, he also empathized with how long I had been on the road. From one man to another, thank you Ricky! Red Roof is very fortunate to have him on their team.

Surprisingly clean! I met with Silvia and the front desk who was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were surpassingly clean and the bed was quite comfortable compared to other hotels of similar price point. Television was updated with “smart” features. I had my room upgraded for an around $10-15 more and it added some snacks and drinks and coffee maker. The non-upgraded room doesn’t have snacks or a coffee machine. Rooms were quiet except some noise can be heard through the door especially when people Are yelling in the parking lot at 2 in the morning. Overall, a great price point for what you get.

I wouldn’t stay at this dive. People knocking on your doors all hours of the night. The maids are ok. The real kicker is they have no hot water now going on two weeks. Everyday saying they are fixing it. Saying sorry for the inconvenience

Positive: Updated rooms Negative: No laundry facility, for a 7 day stay. No Breakfast. If we only stayed one night this would not be an issue.

Kristi was helpful at the front desk the rooms are newly renovated. With hard floors which are so much nicer than carpet. No noise issues with other guests so far , great spot for traveling workers like myself. Edit After 5 months of staying here this week there was no hot water nothing but excuses about part availability. Maybe they should upgrade their mechanical systems before the lobby renovation
