Positives: cheap, pet friendly, breakfast, and a small fitness center. Negatives: The smell. Oh goodness that smell hits you when you walk in. Smoke, chemical spray, and pee. Allergies and sinuses hated it. The elevator smelled like fresh and old urine, VERY STRONG. The rooms have a musty smell mixed in. Yellow stains on the sheets. My dog started to itch when we walked in and I kept feeling like something was on me. Could have been whatever spray they use. The hotel is relatively cheap, but the one next is 100x cleaner smelling inside. I accidentally walked in there first. Only $10 difference, really wish we had gone there instead. I also booked and paid for a premium room and did NOT get the premium room. Even when talking to the front desk and member services everyone swore there was no

Positive: Beds were comfortable. Staff is friendly. Negative: Bathroom was not clean. Appeared to be dog hair all over the shower. Drain would back up when taking a shower. Pee stains around the toilet.

Conveniently located near the off-ramp. Provided I took the correct turn. Received a high-spirited welcome. ROOM TYPE: DELUXE KING SMOKE FREE Room with generous square footage. Plenty of ground to walk your dog, and well lit. Security: Auto doors are locked when attendant is not available. Need room key to access for and back doors. The first floor includes a small exercise facility. Breakfast: Full breakfast service featuring hot and cold items. - Hot /Cold Cereal Station - Waffle Station - Scrambled eggs - Biscuits & gravy - Sausage patties - Juice Station - Boiled eggs No signs of infestation. I would absolutely stay here again!

I’m going to preface this with they really did try to make us happy when we brought the issues to light. The first room they put us in was unacceptable. There were dirty handprints on the shower wall and on the door. The tub wouldn’t drain and when we turned on the water, stuff started floating up out of the drain. They only provided 1 towel for 4 people. We went downstairs to complain and they put us in a different room. It did not get better. The second room was cleaner - on the surface. However, the kitchenette had open food in the cupboard, the stovetop had grease and food splatter on it and around it, the utensils were dirty like someone used them regularly but didn’t wash them, and there was bed bug spray in the cabinet (yay for preparedness but not a great look). The room was visibly dirty. The tile in the bathroom had stains. The tub would not drain. There was some sort of black dirt almost like chocolate crumbs on the floor. The sheets were clean or I would not have stayed. My socks were black from walking after less than an hour. There was an odor that was nauseating - like they sprayed new car smell fragrance everywhere. The front desk girls were nice and the breakfast was decent. It seemed like people lived there. There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and working on cars. I had to be buzzed in to the lobby which was a giant red flag.
