The ice storm brought me to this hotel. The staff was fantastic! Via phone and in person they were extremely helpful and were able to clear a room and get me in early when they heard I had no electricity/ heat. Housekeeping had a lot of work with few employees and they too were friendly and hustling. The facility is dog friendly. Room was clean. The grounds were littered with dog waste, which is not the hotel's fault. They even provide dog waste bags and multiple trash cans. Location is good, just off the freeway and it's likely a budget option compared to many in the area. A few restaurants are walkable and within a 5 min drive there are more. Positive: Room Wa average but clean. No tissue papers or other extras. Just one shampoo sachet for 2 guests. These are small things but tells you what value have you received against what you paid for. Hotel was not smoking but outside is allowed. A lot pot smokers Negative: Definitely not a good value for your money. I would never recommend this hotel unless pay below $50 or $60.

Friendly desk clerk, Tammy, was wonderful! She should get recognized for her service. My wife was a GM at a county inns and suites for 6 years and she would've hired Tammy in a heart beat! It was late on a rainy Thursday night and we rolled in after 7 hrs in the car. I had just had surgery, we had a dog with us and my wife drove. The google search led us here. Fantastic web site. |We got a great rate, the room was a handicap king and just the one we selected. It has VERY CLEAN. We slept great. Room not "plush" but very acceptable and we are picky. Bonus, Cracker barrel was right next door!|This location is our halfway to our destination. We will always stop here now!

I would like to start off buy first saying.. I paid for the room at this hotel on a 3rd party website, which made the room $25 less then if I came to the front office and paid that way. That made the room here a greater value. It was pretty nice, ESP for $53.00 a night. We have stayed here at this Hotel Multiple times over the last several years. This time around,The room was 2 doubles! the furniture and fixtures, & ALL bathroom related area//objects (ect) looked to have been very recently renovated and re-done. Looked amazing, very Clean, and pleasant to stay in!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE AND APPRECIATE I can bring my CHI-WEENIE PUP along with me, for FREE. I hate having to pay insane pet deposits elsewhere, and none refundable pet fees on top of it also, anytime i have to go else where too! Thi

It's an inexpensive inn. Rooms are small and warm. For the price and location you probably can't beat it. The front staff is fantastic and treat it like they own it. They treat clients like family. During the Jan ice storm they didn't raise rates and do everything they can to keep people warm. Bed is comfortable and clean.
