Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville/Goodlettsville

Will never even consider staying at this place again. I was denied my stay after refusing to give my phone number. Hilton has been on a brigade to spam you with text messages and sell your personal identifying information. Short round manager kept going on and on and even when I told him that he’d won and I’d give it to him he continues on the same repetitive loop. When I told him to shut up because he’d already won he cancelled my reservation. Unacceptable treatment towards a gold member.

Friendly and efficient front desk. Clean room and amazing breakfast. Mini waffles, big waffles. All the toppings you could ask for including chocolate chips, pecans caramel sauce, whipped cream. Nice looking muffins. Good eggs, potatoes and sausage. Oatmeal. Fresh yogurt. Fresh fruit. All the components you want for a comfortable, no hassle stay.

I'm writing this review after one of the most frustrating and concerning hotel experiences I've ever had - and I wasn't even physically at the property. I received an email notification that a room had been booked under my name at this Tennessee location for tonight. Alarmed, I immediately called the front desk to report what I assumed was identity theft. The front desk employee told me "Victoria Marshall is here right now" and put me on hold. When I explained that I am Victoria Marshall and whoever checked in with my name was committing fraud, she consulted her supervisor. Rather than handle the situation, the supervisor told me to call the police myself. So I did. I called the local police department and explained the situation. Officers actually had to leave whatever they were doing to

The rooms are fine, if a bit broken, the location depends on what you want to be close to, but it's close enough to Nashville to be handy, but not to pay Nashville rates. The service is not great. The people are friendly, but anything you need, you pretty much have to stay on top of them or it will not get done. They do not consider guest services their role. They check you in and out and that's the extent of it. They have a standard housekeeping policy of every other day, but if you are sleeping when housekeeping comes through in the morning, you cannot get a makeup day on day 3. They will make you wait for day 4 as you are not on their schedule. That is very unusual in my experience.

Positive: The room size was great for two adults. Negative: The bathroom door didn?t latch.
