Comfort Suites Goodlettsville Rivergate

This is a great budget hotel with a friendly staff and super clean rooms. We have stayed here at least four or five times now and will definitely be back. We really appreciate this great hotel and how well they take care of us.

Worst Choice Hotel/Comfort Suites ever. We have stayed at many Comfort Suites. Dirty brown stained mattress, exposed wiring, stains on walls, couch, window shade, comforter, etc. Oh did I mention the cockroach in my clothing! And the bug crawling in the bathroom sink. Don't go! Just don't go!!

I can’t express my disappointment in this location. I specifically reserved a room with a two person whirlpool tub. I also specifically reserved a room that was non-ADA compliant. I don’t need it. The room we were given was an ADA room meaning that if someone needed that, they couldn’t use it. upon entering the room, one of the first things I noticed was the size of the pillows. On the king size bed, they look like postage stamps. I went to fill the tub. There was no stopper no drain plug no nothing. I called the front desk and was told housekeeping could help me in the morning. We used a wash rag as a stopper. After the tub was filled above the jets, we pushed the button to turn them on and nothing happened. No whirlpool tub, the whole purpose for booking the room. Then we noticed that t

First and foremost, the manager, Paul. He is always professional, polite, and he keeps this location clean and safe for customers. The one stop shop quality of service along with comfortable sleeping suites is amazing. It is sooo quiet and this hotel smells Wonderful and fresh. His hard-work and dedication to this place is unmatched and it is also exemplified through his employees.

Well I wasn't expecting a 5 Star Hotel. You get what u pay for. I stayed here on Tuesday Night January 27th due to my Power at Graycroth Apts is on day 3 of No Power. My Stay here was ok. Check in was nice. Elevator needs Upgrade and it smelled a Lil bit. Carpet all over could stand up Grades. I could tell it is a Old Hotel. My Room (213) was Pretty nice. Clean. Bed sheet had yellow stain at the end of the bed because I pulled covers back checking for bed bugs. Other than the stain bed was clean and comfortable. King Size. I sleep thru the night ok. Lots of people walking the halls all night. Overall my Stay was decent. The question is would I Stay again? Probably NOT. Front desk clerk was pretty good n checking me n. I didn't eat Breakfast tha next morning there. I just checked out
