Grand Ole RV Resort and Market

Grand Ole RV Resort is an affordable place to stay with super friendly and helpful staff. We really appreciated having laundry facilities onsite, which made our stay more convenient. Overall, the resort itself is well run and welcoming. The only downside for us was the road noise and nearby trains. We usually don’t mind road noise, but during this particular stay it was more difficult than expected and disrupted our rest. If you plan to stay here, we’d recommend choosing a site farther away from the side roads if possible. Despite the noise issue, it’s still a good value with great staff.

The Good: The park is nice and well maintained, the people are friendly and helpful, the spots are gravel and level with room for a big 5th wheel to stay hooked up on an overnight. They have food options and a store for necessities as well as music during the peak season. We stayed Mar 1 so no music for us but we messed up our reservation date by a day and they were very helpful to get it changed when we arrived. Overall a good stay but… The Bad: There are train tracks with heavy train traffic very close to our site 123. No whistle thankfully but our rig shook and the train noise was significant. That added to heavy road noise with sirens and hot rods all night made sleep a bit disrupted. If we had stayed more than one night, we may have gotten used to it but it wasn’t as quiet as we had

We stopped here just as an overnight stay on our way to Arizona. Arrived just before dark so didn’t have much time to look around before parking and settling up. Location was just off the highway and very convenient. The driveway entrance was wide enough to accommodate big rigs. We are 81’ total length and this was important to us. The site we were assigned was a long pull through with plenty of room. We only used water to fill our tank then disconnected since overnight temperatures got into the teens. Although we left before they opened at 8am, they have an onsite restaurant that serves breakfast.

The people who work here are so nice and helpful. They have breakfast and pizza and it's delicious! The place is nice and clean and in a good location. So thankful we stayed here! Only thing I will worn people about is there is a train next to it. We didn't mind the noise though.

Very nice little campground! Very reasonable priced! Amazing staff! Live music almost every night! (No not a huge concert style. Local artists stopping out) they offer a lot of services! Yes it is right by the highway and train tracks. But it's not that awful of noise. Accommodate a lot of different size RV and campers! Full service hook ups! Propane onsite! And of course pet friendly!!
