Hummingbird Hotel

Our stay at the Hummingbird Hotel in Millersville, TN was exactly what we needed during a very stressful time. After being displaced by the winter storm, the most important thing to us was finding somewhere warm, safe, and welcoming, and this place delivered all of that and more. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The staff was kind, understanding, and genuinely caring, which made a hard situation feel a little lighter. The rooms were clean, well kept, and gave us a real sense of comfort and security. We truly felt safe and at ease the entire stay. I was in the area for a family funeral, unsure of my overnight lodging. I found this place on a search of "hotels near me". I could not have been more pleased!!! It got good reviews... although only a few because it's only been open a few months. It was about 8pm, the front desk was staffed by one of the couple that owns it! Her name is Nilam (spelling?). Everything in the place is new, and very well done. New windows, new HVAC, new floor coverings, new mattresses.... it was pristine. It is an older refurbished motel.... but WOW!!!! I can't wait to go back. I met Nilam's husband when checking out the next morning, he was just as precious! I can't wait to return!

I recently stopped by the Hummingbird Hotel in Millersville, TN (right near Goodlettsville and White House) to check it out for a visiting friend, and I was genuinely impressed. This little independent spot has only been open for about 6 months, and it’s already a standout in the area. The rooms are appointed with all the basics you need—clean and efficient. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The staff (and often the owners themselves) are incredibly hospitable and genuinely care about making sure guests have a comfortable stay—they appreciate the opportunity to host people and it really shows in the personal touches. Parking is plentiful and easy, which is a huge plus. The hotel has just two floors, and if you’re okay with stairs, you can save about $10 a night by booking upstair

I recently stayed at Hummingbird Hotel in Goodlettsville, TN and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who cleanliness and professional service. The current price is not justified given the quality of the stay. I booked this for booking.com and paid when I got to the hotel they told me that my reservation was only for 2 people instead of 3. They charged me an extra $150 when I showed the owner the reservation via booking.com that says 3 people, she refused to give me my money back. This hotel charges multiple times so make sure you check your account. There was a thick layer of dust on the surfaces by the windows and desk was filthy; it clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly

The staff were extremely friendly and even gave us a free water in the middle of the night. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here. Also not too far from Nashville!
