Do not expect to be able to watch any TV or have any Wi-Fi whatsoever! I stayed eight days and was not able to watch more than 10 minutes of TV without it buffering constantly. Tried every day but always ended up having to use my data. Room was large and fairly clean- corners and edges not so much. Don’t plan on taking more than a quick 10 minute shower with lukewarm water. During my stay, my card to get into the room stopped working four times so I had to go stand in line at the front desk to get a new one. I considered changing hotels but was in a convenient location to where I needed to be so I stayed and sucked it up. People at the Front Desk weren’t exactly friendly, either. Wouldn’t consider them rude, but definitely not warm and welcoming.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay! We chose this hotel because it is pet-friendly, but we were especially impressed by the attention to detail—they assigned us a room right near the pet relief area, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was spotless and well-equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, iron, hair dryer, and TV. Most importantly, the beds and chairs were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here every time we visit El Paso!

Positive: Location. Negative: They only clean the room one time out of four nights.

Overall not a bad hotel. Kept clean and no problems with staff. The WiFi is terrible tho constantly looses connection and extremely slow. The TV constantly buffers due to poor connection so you can’t really watch anything. If your on business and need to do work on laptop and in need of WiFi I would find some place else.

listen, I had no issues with the room or amenities. HOWEVER, my interaction with one front desk employee significantly impacted my stay in a negative way. The staff member I encountered was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in tone and demeanor. As someone who works in the service industry, I am very understanding and rarely complain — which is why this stood out so strongly. Hospitality requires basic courtesy, and unfortunately that was completely lacking in this interaction. Guests should never feel spoken to in a condescending or hostile manner when simply checking in or asking normal questions. It creates an uncomfortable environment and does not reflect the standard of professionalism most hotels aim to provide. I’m sharing this because I believe management would
