Red Roof Inn West Monroe

The cleanliness off room and front desk staff is sooooo nice! Here for work and it’s convenient. It’s reasonable in price and for work not a bad place to stay bedding is comfortable and housekeeping does touch your room everyday even if it’s just replacing towels they check your rooms daily!

Positive: I did not like it at all. Negative: There were roaches everywhere, cracks in the walls on every wall, the toilet and bath tub was filthy, the pictures online did NOT match what we was giving. There wasn’t even enough pillows like the pictures online showed. It was horrible.

Good rooms, nice service, nice employee, I would love yo come back here,rooms are clean, every thing is nice and nothing was broken,it's pet friendly, everything was working , u didn't have to complain about my room or anything, everyone is nice

Roaches everywhere burned spots on the the toilet lid hair on the bed sheets bathtub / shower molded. Absolutely disgusting place to be highly recommend you don't stay here, they don't care about their property or you.

As a grown woman I knew better but my mom insisted that the Red Roof she stayed at in Palm Desert was so nice they are good places to stay.... there was so much extra activity going on . Weed filled the air and people just active all outside the rooms. I mean active in a negative way . All this on a Monday night. Now I did look at the room it smelled and looked clean . But the activities made me take that key back and get a refund.
