WoodSpring Suites West Monroe I-20

Where do I start, whole place smelled of weed, floors sticky, shower had only has a turbo jet setting. This could have been a great hotel with proper management. Ive only been here for 40 minutes but im unfortunately stuck here for the week. Only positive is I haven’t seen a bug yet and the ladies up front are nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. The kitchen area was great. We especially liked that the floors were not carpet which we felt was much cleaner than carpet. Condition of whole room was very good. An awesome value and we will be staying there again. Thank you. Convenient location off I20. However, I felt like it was covid shutdown. The attendant was not friendly..kept her distance..was not informative other than telling us we needed our keys for every door. Perhaps it is a seedy area and that's the reason behind this rule but a little kindness and friendly reason would go along way. Room was pretty clean. It was missing the nightstand, the bathroom door had a hole punched through it that looked hastily repaired. The carpets could all use a good cleaning if not replaced throughout. Not much good a kitchen does if there aren't any utensils. No tissues in the bathroom.

This place has potential but people are rude and dont respect rules. Im currently hiding my face trying to breath because someone keeps smoking cigarettes on our floor. People have no respect especially for others who are allergic to cigarette smoke. No management here at night it seems to even inforce the rules because this has been going on for a few days now. When will someone do something about this or is it a waste of my time to even post this?
