Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Monroe by IHG

One of the best Iv ever stayed at. Amazing park and trail behind the hotel with water & lots of turtles. The beds were incredible and so comfortable. The pillows were firm and new and the sheets smelled like actual detergent was used to wash them. The showers were super clean and everything worked great. Good water pressure and the whole room was just clean and a breath of fresh air. The lady at the front was bubbly and fun to talk to as well. We stayed in room 206. 2/28/26 We come down every few months to see grandma, and this is where we will be going from now on.

Positive: Breakfast was amazing and pillows and bed were great. Staff was very friendly. Negative: The water was yellow. In the shower, sink and even toilet water. First night had to switch rooms due to floor being soaked from possible ac when we entered. Not staffs fault though. Just an inconvenience. Candy took care of it quickly though.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding the exceptional service provided by Mrs. Candice during my stay. Mrs. Candice is truly the most hardworking individual I encountered at the hotel. Despite having a very demanding role, she handles her responsibilities with amazing efficiency and a positive attitude. She is quick, professional, and consistently respectful in all interactions. I would like to strongly recommend that top management consider her for a raise. Her dedication and performance are outstanding, and she deserves to be compensated accordingly for the high level of service she provides.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn location. Candy checked us in and was very kind. I appreciated that she shared some encouraging words with my daughter. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the check-out lady was very friendly (though I forgot her name). Housekeeping staff were welcoming, with one lady stopping to help my daughter pick up her tablet. Overall, it was a wonderful display of southern hospitality! If I ever find myself in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, convenient to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was spotless and clean. Our room appeared to have been recently renovated, and we were very comfortable there. The staff was so helpful and friendly, very customer service oriented. The front desk staff was amazing. When we checked in, Candy was delightful, so engaging and fun. The same at checkout. KC was kind and so helpful. What a great way to end our stay on such a positive note. The staff is genuinely concerned that all guests have a perfect stay and memorable vacation when at this property. The breakfast? Those warm cinnamon rolls are so good. This is our go-to hotel for any future overnight stays in West Monroe, Louisiana.
