This was a Last Minute decision to leave for our “pre-planned” 3 week road trip a day early, but Home2 Suites made it a great experience. I booked the 1-night stay while we were driving from Rockwall, TX. We knew we were going to stop in Louisiana, so I began searching for Hilton hotels. After reading several reviews and comparing prices, etc., this Hotel covered all the bases needed. The room was very comfortable and Isha welcomed us when we arrived and made certain we had everything we needed. Sunday morning’s breakfast hit the spot and the coffee was perfect. The frosting on the cake for us, was the VERY friendly and helpful response we received from both Mitchell and Stacie. Companies today need more folks like these two. If we are in Monroe again, I know where we will stay.

Positive: It was clean, staff were so friendly! Negative: This is a pet friendly hotel and they allow pets on all floors, which we were not aware of. A dog was barking half the night and someone was yelling at it to be quiet. It was not conducive to a good nights sleep.

Great spot. Staff has been so friendly. Roo, s are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Best biscuits and gravy. Ms Stacie has the best attitude. Pleasure to be around. Appreciate all the hospitality.

Great rooms...... we stayed on the 1st floor in our room was really nice with high ceilings. Great staff.... really worked hard to serve us. Breakfast was average. The real only complaint I have is that the common area was obtrusively cold. On our first day, it was hot outside and cold inside; Our last day it was cold outside and cold inside. It makes it unpleasant to sit and enjoy breakfast. Otherwise a really nice experience for us.
