Super 8 by Wyndham Monroe West

Got there on a Friday and paid for 2 nights. When me and my son got in the room and did our walk through we found (1.an old French fry on the bed frame where the sheet tucks in.(2.toilet was not the best. Did not like to flush and a big Crack on the tank with seal over it. (3. Sink had lots of cracks. (4. No plug outlets except by the door. (5. Door didn't shut it was stabbed and had to call to have it fixed.(6. I paid for 2 nights check out is 11am. House keeping was banging on our door at 9:30 both days. I have never felt more rushed to get out at a hotel. Will not be going back

Super 8 is designed for short and long term occupancy. I am a long term resident. The last six months has been really good. The managers and service staff are very good at making people feel right at home. The rooms are big and laid out well. This hotel is also located in a prime area for goods and services. I would recommend this Super 8 location when traveling or your other needs.

Positive: "" Negative: We did not stay here. The pictures showed definitely were not current. The pool was filled in it was sketchy looking and my 9 yr old daughters comment with tears in her eyes was this is the kind of hotel where people die at in the movies.

This was a very disappointing stay. The room was not up to par considering this was a Wyndham property. And then we found out we had been grossly overcharged for the night we stayed. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and the bathtub was dirty. The breakfast offered is not breakfast. It's a snack. Super 8. Definitely will not be on our list of possibilities after this.

Rooms are decent/nice. Area is quiet other than the interstate being right in front. Be careful when using a credit/debt card at this hotel/motel. 2 unnecessary transactions from Super 8 are on my card, $97 & $50- when i had already paid ahead online and paid the $100 deposit at the front desk upon arrival. Front desk was NO help and I was basically told I get all my money back when i check out- On friday (it’s wednesday) How is this even legal?
