Red Roof Inn & Suites Euless - DFW Airport Southwest

I’ve had to travel quite a bit the last couple of years but recently here I’m searching for a new home apartment I discovered red roof, and after having a couple of bad experiences. The staff I believe probably could tell. I was really nervous. They showed me a couple of rooms and answered My questions and concerns even if they were repetitive . I originally had to check out early on my planned stay and they were very accommodating as they were when I first checked in. They really gained my trust. Every person I have talked to on the phone and in person have been so kind, professional, personable, and very importantly, honest. They gained my trust. I came back. Positive: Clean and well managed. The best location. Negative: The room lacked hangers, facial tissue. All overhead lights, no lamp. No hair dryer. No coffee maker.

I was in the area and found this location which is not far from where I was visiting for a good price. I stay at Red Roof a lot and this is pretty typical of the brand. My room has no carpets, I had a king bed, fridge/microwave, tub/shower. There's no breakfast and I don't think they have a pool anymore based on the website. It's next to the highway so if you have a front facing room it might be a little noisy, but I live near a highway so it doesn't bother me. A few other people were banging around but it was early enough that it|didn't bother sleeping or anything, though in the middle of the day they were working in nearby rooms so there was some noise. My only real complaint is the doors. The gap at the bottom is way too large. I saw a couple of roaches that clearly came from the hallway, and honestly a rat could fit through there with ease. I don’t understand why the doors are built like that. Door sweeps or protectors really need to be installed because anything can easily crawl in through those gaps. Other than that, the room itself was fine — big TV, comfy beds, and clean overall. The doors are the main issue and definitely need to be addressed.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and serious concern regarding the repeated issues my fiancé and I have experienced during multiple stays at your property. Each visit has presented significant problems related to cleanliness, safety, and staff professionalism. The rooms we have rented were consistently unclean, with visible dirt, hair in the bathrooms, and a persistent odor of urine. The towels provided were old and appeared unsanitary. On several occasions, we also observed bugs in the rooms. The overall condition and maintenance of the property are far below acceptable hospitality standards.
