183 Motel

Very nice people. Safe place to live for a while. No bullshit really helpful and all you gotta do is be nice and ask if you need anything. We are private people so we cleaned our room ourself but you can ask then communicate what you need.

Whoever said this place was clean didn't stay in room 107. First off, it was a smoking room so it had that nasty stench that reeks of smelly room. I asked to be moved and was told the place was full even though there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. Chunks of paint were missing. Multiple cracks and breaks in the grout and tiles. Stepping on the cracked tiles, I could feel the ground shift. No wonder they broke. I kept my flip-flops on because the carpet was crunchy. A hole in the bed spread. Really? Thats a $20 fix. Other than that, it was great 😶

Rooms are not cleaned, there are roaches everywhere; crawling on the floor, walls, coming out from behind the fridge, etc. Disgusting. Housekeeping only cares about getting you out by the 11:00 am check out time so they can strip the bed of linens and gather up the dirty towels to toss into the laundry so they can ready the room for the next guest's stay. Other than the sheets & towels being replaced, little else is done inside the rooms but a cursory wipe down of the bathroom and maybe mopping of the floors- besides that, anything that is splattered or sprayed along the walls or doors is ignored and there is no effort made to clean light switch plates or plugs or anywhere else for that matter. The rooms aren't much to talk about, but the staff have put lots of time and energy into those flowers. It's pretty clear that they're trying their best. The laundry room is maintained and they are pretty hands on and personal with check outs.

Good place to stay. Rooms are decent. Air conditioning could use a little work. Wifi is only good near the office. The woman at the desk is one of the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my life.
