Sparse is trendy, but considering what you pay, this hotel is just absurd. No breakfast, just a poorly stocked convenience boutique for rubber sandwiches… and guess what? No microwave in the lobby or in the room! You have to go to the room with the ice machine to heat up what passes for breakfast. There’s also only one lavatory in the room.. You have to wait your turn if staying with anyone. There’s no wall separating the bath from the room, just a partition. So if one person is up, the whole room is up. There’s no closet (just an iron rack to hang clothes), no iron, no dresser or desk. There’s only a tiny retro formica table with uncomfortable bank seats to pass as furniture. We had an amazing experience with this hotel for my son and future wife’s wedding. We had the rehearsal dinner and going away brunch here as well as a block of rooms set aside for our guests. We only have great things to say about this place and its staff. Everyone was so kind and super helpful from Kenneth helping with the set up and planning of the events, to Samara , Topeka, Daniela, and Kaitlin with check in , to helping us prepare and set up everything. I have never felt so cared about at a hotel like we did here at the Aloft.. All our guests were saying the same thing. As for the location it was perfect because it was only like 10 minutes from the airport and everything in the plaza itself was walkable. Koy, |What an asset to your Hotel! Greeted with so much enthusiasm and knowledge and the love she has for profession as a Mixologist! One of the best drinks I have ever had!!! As a Flight Attendant I travel the world and this drink was top notch and memorable! Thank You Koy for great conversation and a warm welcome to the Loft! ||Secondly…I would also acknowledge Hallie working the front desk…another star at you Hotel! So professional and welcoming! The hotel was extremely clean with a funky decor, which we loved. I like that it’s pet friendly. This wasn’t our first choice because we wanted more privacy in the rooms; expected a suite. Upon check in, both as far as breakfast was explained to us. The staff was never overly friendly, like most hotels. They weren’t rude either, and made sure our requests were fulfilled. The location was fantastic, and we were very content with our stay.

We are so thankful for the entire staff at the Aloft Dallas Euless hotel. We chose their hotel to host our special weekend and it was beyond amazing. The staff was very attentive and helpful. From the beginning of the process, Kenneth helped us reserve a room block and plan every detail. Sammy helped execute our events to perfection. The rooms are clean and the location is very central and unbeatable. We cannot thank you enough for making us feel so special and very well taken care of. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
