Comfort Inn & Suites Euless DFW West

This hotel was really nice. The two front desk attendants (morning and night) were both wonderful. We only stayed one night for the Chris Brown concert, but I've already booked again for the weekend in two weeks! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The air worked great (almost a little too great, LOL). The water pressure was perfect. The only gripes I have is that I wish the TV in the room was bigger and each floor doesn't have an ice machine. We didn't venture off much into the other areas of the hotel, but I did use the restroom on the 1st floor and it was clean. The lobby and area outside were nice and clean as well. Again, I'm already booked again so I highly recommend this hotel!

This review is really more like 4.4 stars. The hotel staff is great, very friendly. The two ladies at the desk when I check in were smiling, and seemed to enjoy being there, and had just positive things to say to and about the guests that had come in The location is good, very easy in and out. Despite being just off a major freeway, I didn't have to wait for traffic anytime I left, and I left the hotels four times total during my stay, at various times of the day. You do have to watch for the turn in when arriving, or it's a little drive to get back around. But that's not really a problem, as it's pretty visible once you get close, and there is plenty of parking. The room was good and roomy, good bed and solid wi-fi. The Hotel was clean and had a great smell as we walked into the front doors. The staff members at the front desk were great and very helpful. General Manager Rosemary was very easy to talk to as if we had met before. We also has a good first impression with Ava.

The very personable manager, Rosemary O., was incredibly helpful in getting us comfortably settled in for 5 nights as we visited family in the area. The room was clean and well-appointed, parking plentiful, the location quiet, front desk staff attentive, and the breakfast sufficient. A good solid value for the area. We'll be back.

A very good value for the money. We will be back.
