La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DFW Airport West - Euless

The hotel is clean and good value with breakfast and airport shuttle included. The reason for 5 stars is the incredible staff I encountered during my unplanned two night stay. I was all screwed up with flight cancellations but the fine folks at La Quinta took great care of me. Casey (hope I spelled it right) at the desk was extremely kind and helpful. Tony took me to the post office to ship a bag. The overnight desk staff gave me food recommendations and helped me print something. Housekeeping was great. Southern hospitality is elevated, sure, but the level of hospitality I experienced at this property exceeds the standard in every way. Thank you all for helping me and making me comfortable.

I booked at this La Quinta hotel as a Crew member, after a very long night of flying. The courtesy driver of this hotel was disappointedly rude and belligerent towards me, from the moment of being picked up from the airport. The hotel offered me a beautiful suite for my stay, which buffered this first impression. The following morning however, in need of getting to the airport earlier than I had expected, I requested for the van and the driver flat out refused. There were no other guests on the schedule and he was just sitting there behind the counter in clear view. I was totally shocked at this rude behavior and I had to request a $20.00 Lyft to the airport. There is simply no excuse for his behavior, especially since he is the van superviser. I will never ever stay at this hotel again.

2/25/2026 These 5 star reviews have to be fake. This place is horrible. Front desk lady is so rude, she talks so damn fast and low she sound like an auctioneer. Then she gets so nasty when we don’t understand. I came with multiple people an none of us could understand her and she got so mad. It’s like she put no effort to talk and wants to hurry us up. She then asked us such vague questions like “what are you here for” then she got upset when I said “I’m here to check in” and I provided my name. Mind you it’s my first time ever booking a hotel and traveling out of state so I don’t know. All her questions were to vague like if she didn’t even want to talk. No effort in the questions, it’s like she expects everyone to just know. Such a horrible first experience, she wouldn’t be dealing with

Positive: "" Negative: I paid for/reserved a king suite. I was given a room with two queens. They were dishonest about overbooking and giving the room away. I couldn't speak with a manager until Monday. The manager would not take my call and gave the minimal refund.

If I could give a zero star review I would. This is not a decent hotel. If you are traveling with family, do not stay here. If you are considering it as an option for its proximity to the airport, do not stay here. If you want a decent hotel where you’ll be able to rest, do not stay here. The rooms are barely adequate, cleanliness meets the bare minimum. Our room had a king size bed and pull out couch—which was not fit to sleep in, the “mattress” was all springs and very little padding. The furniture is very old and worn. The walls are PAPER THIN, you will hear absolutely everything. The AC/heater unit is extremely noisy and so is the fridge… so all these factors contribute to little to no sleep. Absolutely regret booking a night at this hotel.
