⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hospitality, Great Value, and Comfortable Stay I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality and professionalism from the staff was outstanding. The front desk manager was extremely helpful, welcoming, and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring that every request was handled promptly. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. One of the most convenient features was the shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, available both on arrival and departure. It was punctual, well organized, and made traveling very easy and stress-free. The room was very clean, well maintained, and had a refreshing air freshener, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout the stay

This was a perfect place to stay for an overnight near the airport. The staff was wonderful. There was a small issue with our room and they found us another one immediately. They made sure we made the airport shuttle on time and the front staff helped with our heavy bags. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. Complimentary beverages. And, another plus, there’s an excellent Indian restaurant a 5 minute walk down the street.

Positive: I always stay here when traveling, Hotel shuttle to airport and great proximity to the Train Station, plenty of food options in the area. And the rooms are always clean and not dated with a nice mini fridge & microwave. You won’t find better at this price Negative: NA

My flight was delayed 24 hours, and American Airlines gave me this complimentary hotel. The hotel itself met expectations. Though I could never complain about a free breakfast, I would much more enjoy and prefer a fuller breakfast, where I can enjoy a meal here at the hotel, and leave satisfied and happy, such as eggs, cereal, pancakes and fruits, as opposed to a yogurt and orange juice in a bag, where I know I’m going to have to go and get an actual breakfast in town. The staff were however very respectful and courteous. They assisted me with what times would be best for be to arrive at the airport, and how I can use the free shuttle. The room was good, I cannot complain. Close enough to the airport to offer a convenient ride or shuttle, but not too far from some cool little spots in town

The DFW airport is super confusing, and I called the front desk several times for assistance. Reception was super patient and helpful with each call. I was going to wait until check-in to ask question about transpiration to the nearby airline HQ for an interview, but the driver recognized that I was going and told me the hotel provided transportation and was very helpful in suggesting a shuttle time. I really appreciated that he was able to assist me and another interviewee. The price for my stay was great, and I have no complaints as I had everything I needed between the hotel and my own toiletries. I was also happy with location as I was able to order UberEats in a timely manner. It was also great to have a grab-and-go breakfast the next morning, which I was too nervous to eat that morni
