Holiday Inn Express & Suites DFW Airport Southwest - Euless by IHG

I was having the worst travel of my life (stuck in DFW for 48hrs) and decided to stay here for 2 nights after flight cancellations and delays. The receptionist, Brianna, was very friendly and funny. She even made a joke about seeing me again the second night. The shuttle driver, Jeremy, was kind and knowledgeable. He approached me very respectfully asking if I'd mind going to the airport a little early which was not a problem at all. There was nothing special about the hotel itself, but the staff elevated the experience for sure and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent rooms and the best service

First, my stay was fantastic! My room was very comfortable and clean. All of the staff that I made contact with were welcoming, attentive, went above and beyond. But I must give a special shout out to the front desk team for making checking in and out a breeze…and they were very professional. The airport shuttle service was prompt, clean and Jeremy the shuttle driver was polite, extremely helpful with my luggage, took me to the airport and he was AWESOME. The night prior to my departure, I told him that I would like to leave the hotel at 11am, he suggested that we leave at 10am for a number of reasons, and I was so glad he did because it gave me the right amount of time to get to the airport and get through all the chaos once I got to the airport. Very, very clean. Had a great experience with the staff starting. The continental breakfast was impressive compared to other holiday inns I have stayed at. And close to the airport (although the shuttle stops at 1130 pm) so uber wasn’t too bad. Will stay here the next time I’m stack at DFW

45 minutes for hotel shuttle to pick me up at TC in DFW. Once checking in I asked is there were microwaves in the room and was told no , so before going up to room I nuked my food . When I got to my roo.m I had a microwave in it (what ?) Rooms don't have coffee/tea maker
