Cambria Hotel Euless - DFW Airport South

Everything was perfect! Very close the the airport. I cant thank the staff enough. The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The front desk clerk, Elizabeth, and the manager were incredibly kind and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again. PS. everything worked out great 😉 🛫

Hotel is very nice and the staff was fantastic. We would gladly stay again. The place just opened and is still working out some kinks and getting up and running. For example the convenience store wasn’t fully stocked yet and the airport shuttle wasn’t up and running during our stay. But that being said, the staff was great. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we would gladly come back if in the area.

Rooms are very clean, and the hotel staff were extremely professional. I stayed a single night, and plan on staying for a very long duration in the near future. This hotel is new, and still having some things like painting, appliances put in, as well as a new staff learning to manage the hotel. Personally, I think they are off to a great start and was impressed on the service. As for comments on "cheaply built" materials in a negative comment, these rooms were made for ease of cleaning, sterilization and some things like the desks are somewhat cheap , yet stylish, as higher wear items, are easily replaceable (smart and cost effective from a design standpoint) but the bathroom is well planned and beds were a good quality and comfortable, and most importantly, the room was very clean. This hotel is absolutely beautiful from the lobby/bar area , to the spacious gym, and incredible comfortable room that feels like home away from home. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience something you never forget. From Scott the driver taking you to and from the airport while being patient directing you towards the shuttle during busy airport hours . Elizabeth and Cyndia mandating the desk being of services anytime with a friendly warming smile and considering your every need . Shout out to these ladies they went out their way to give service that was beyond exceptional. To Matt cheffing up a delicious breakfast to start my day and adjusting to my diet. This staff went above and beyond working together to create an ever lasting bond I will not forget . Thank you again

I really hope management reads these reviews and gives recognition to Ms Elizabeth at the front desk. She was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay aligned with my desired requests. The location is perfect my stay has been peaceful and quiet. The rooms are beautiful and clean!
