Edit: All the negative reviews are true. i truly regret staying here. Positive things: The staff were good and tried to fix things. Negative: initially, The room didn't seem like it was cleaned. It was grungy, not appetizing at all. There was food garbage from previous guests under the bed and in the drawers. We requested the room be 'refreshed' and they did so it was better. But the hallways and stairwells smelled of strong smoke and weed, which also gets in the room. We had a headache because we are not smokers. That smell makes the atmosphere of the whole building very unpleasant. Other guests seemed like they were just roaming around, like they had nothing to do. They weren't on vacation. Didn’t get my deposit back was blamed for stuff that was already in the room when we got in the room there was stuff left in the refrigerator, sticky stuff on the counter. The people who clean these rooms don’t clean these rooms. They walk in there and they say oh everything looks good like, how do you manage to leave food in the fridge? Disgusting don’t go there and if you do only go there if you absolutely need to.

I understand the phrase “You get what you pay for” but wow this one was bad. The place is extremely dirty. The parking lot and grounds with littered. The room was filthy. The tub had sitting water in the drain. Please don’t be like me and take your family there to save a few bucks. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Positive: Nothing was to like about this location. It was dirty and under staffed Negative: The towels were nasty and had stains on them. The floors were dirty and the dresser drawer kept falling out. The hallway rugs are filthy and there's only one garbage can in the room. My room was not cleaned for the entire length of my stay.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. When I checked in, I was told the rate was $120, which was already disappointing. I ended up leaving at 4 a.m. because I couldn’t handle the itching on my right arm — I woke up with several red bites. I’ve stayed at many Red Inns before, and this was by far the most unpleasant stay. When I called to report the issue, the staff member simply said, “Everything in the room is new.” That doesn’t matter — even new rooms can have infestations. The smell in the room was terrible, the bathtub was dirty, and the people next door were loud and smoking all night. I travel from state to state, and this was honestly one of the worst nights I’ve experienced. I left because I just couldn’t take it anymore. Terrible experience overall.
