Red Roof Inn Monroe

Good for a quick stop. The furniture is old but the room was nice and clean. No breakfast. Ground floor room in good conditions, no mold. No bad smell. Room 203.

The desk clerk was pleasant and answered my questions with no problem. My daughter and I had to change hotels and tried here. The clerk made us feel welcome and was very upfront with the cost. The room was right where she said, which happened to be near where I parked my car. The room is very nice and the AC was already running when we entered the room.

We left motel 6 to come here because motel 6 was absolutely disgusting. I was hoping this hotel would be a little better.. it was 100 times better. We had a very very clean space in the superior king room. It was spacious for me, my husband, little pup and 2 kids. It was very quiet and we kind of had a secluded room which I really liked! The bed are so comfortable. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Like I said very spacious, big enough to set up an extra toddler bed right next to the king bed. Everything smelled nice and was immaculate. Check in/out was super easy and convenient. We didn’t hear any noise from any other guests/animals/kids. Everyone pretty much sticks to themselves. For the price and location, this hotel is perfect. We stayed extended stay and I would stay here agai

I was extremely satisfied with the service at this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond. They helped me book a room for a relative, and even though my relative didn’t speak the same language, they took the time to find someone who could translate and assist them properly. That meant a lot to me. I also had to call the hotel multiple times, and every single time they were kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help. Their attitude and professionalism made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. I truly appreciate their effort, care, and dedication to customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and friendly staff.
