Americas Best Value Inn Monroe

I stayed here because it had nearly a four star rating and price same as the three residence inns by Marriott I had stayed on this trip. Very different situation as I felt unsafe after I paid and drove around the side to my room. Loud talking by men continued outside even though it was already late and had to turn up the air to try to drown the noise outside. The room was clean but I Left very early in the morning. I wish them well and hope the management gets things in better shape and also add some other “pastries” and perhaps yogurt or something to their ‘breakfast’. I did not try it.

Positive: "" Negative: the price for this hotel was way more than it should have been. Took 10 mins just to get an employee to check me into my room, he was in his car on the phone for about 10 mins before he realized there where 3 guests trying to check. Room is horrible

The stay was great just need to work on customer service skills .. I love the jet tub…………………….. ……………………………………………………..

It was okay. It was a budget hotel selection. The room was clean. The beds were not comfortable though. The location seemed fine and it was quiet most of the time. The lady that checked us in was nice. The others were not so much. The breakfast was pitiful so we didn’t bother morning two. It’s doubtful we would stay here again.

Room was clean, sheets smelled good, bed soft. The hostess last night who checked me in was awesome. Breakfast is light but for the price of the room I have no complaints. Was quiet and no one messed with my vehicles.
