Hampton Inn & Suites Monroe

had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was quick assistance at the front desk or thoughtful recommendations from the concierge, I always felt well taken care of. The free breakfast was another highlight of my stay. It wasn’t just your typical continental setup—there was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Everything tasted great, and it was the perfect way to start each day. The combination of excellent service and a top-notch complimentary breakfast made this hotel truly stand out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable visit.

We stayed here as we were traveling across the US and stopped here mainly due the reviews on here. We traveled an extra hour on our day to get to Monroe due to concerning reviews in other places of LA. This hotel was extremely clean, great value and while I booked the cheapest king size room, it was incredibly spacious, great smart TV, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was a complete hot breakfast (omelets, waffles) and the evening and morning staff were extremely kind and helpful. The location is a little blah (as in a Sams Club is RIGHT there, not a long of restaurants very close, etc) but for us this was a place to shower, sleep and get back on the road.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent, rooms quiet, bed comfy. Negative: Housekeeping could be better - hair found in bathtub

We were on our way home from Florida and needed to stop for the night. On our way to Florida, we stopped at another hotel that we had a bad experience at so coming to Hampton Inn, I asked if I could see the room before paying for it. The ladies at the desk, understand and were very accommodating. Kye showed me the room we would stay in. It was amazing!!! This Hotel was fantastic and everyone was SO VERY NICE. Thank you so much ladies!!!

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, great breakfast with lots of options both hot and cold. The even have things like vegan butter, so there are plenty of options for people with food allergies/ dietary restrictions. The pool is a rare indoor hotel pool that isn't overwhelming with chlorine smell, which was great for a long swim!
