Courtyard by Marriott Monroe Airport

Thank you Trey for being excellent at what you do! You made my stay here very pleasant and convenient!!! Your customer service is unmatched. I look forward to the next time I’m able to pass through. Will always chose Courtyard Marriott Monroe because of the experience you provided. 10/10

Positive: Location Negative: The bathroom in 602 needs severe maintenance. The sink did not drain properly, there is a crack in the shower base, and the stains in the shower makes it look like it hasn’t been cleaned properly

Staff ignored that I reported there were roaches in the room. Bistro never opened; wasn’t provided a reason why. Water takes forever to warm up. Sink drains slow. Rooms are dated. Poor customer service

Great location of you like to shop. There are still some stores open in the mall. The mall is on walking distance. The location is right next to the interstate. Prepare to hear every car pass by. The room is fine, except for the heater not working. It was freezing in my room! They offer very little as well. No wifi, no microwave, and you will have to ask for wash cloths/face towels. Nothing special to report. It is just a room. Convenient location though.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. I apologize that the employees need to work in such a run-down, unkept hotel. We stayed one night 10/26 in room 137. It was an upgraded room that was $240 after taxes. Garbage was left in various areas of the room, the carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, and none of the doors would stay closed because apparently the room is on a tilt. There is no way that housekeeping cleaned the room from the prior guests, and if they did, shame on them. In all my years of travel, this is by far the worst Marriott property and should not even be a Marriott. The door to the “courtyard/patio” was not even locked, so not very safe. The room itself was next to a road, so we got no sleep because of all the truck noise. I could not get out of this place fa
