Magnolia Motel

In town for work 3 months. Rooms cleaned daily, great staff and location, parking lot well lit and safe. Near laundry and restaurants, least expensive in area.

At first we weren't sure but we've stayed here now 2 months after 3 burglaries at our home in 2 weeks. We came here after staying at Hilton garden inn and it was terrible. Here we cleaned the room immediately as we do everywhere. Everyday they insist on allowing them to clean the room. At first this was bothersome but we realized this was the reason this motel is getting 5 stars under this new management rather than the 1 star I would of given when I stayed 10 years ago. The atmosphere is quiet and calm and honestly seems very safe. There are no drug dealers like at motel 6. No loud noises and a few people have been staying here longer than us so it's more of like a home to people rather than just a motel. The management is very quick to respond to any needs and they have free wifi and TV

My experience at this location is in fact extremely uncomfortable. They have a great number of weekly occupants in which 60% of them are drug users. Myself being there from out of state on a short-term job had encountered one of the occupants that harass me after my first night stay. My weekly rates was $220 after the harassment I decided to vacate the premises instead of prorating the 220 they decided to charge me $55 a week for a two-night stay and disregard to the harassment of one of their occupants they wanted to keep my money and disregard of my safety and personal property. I did let the under New Management team know I would definitely make statements of my stay. The location is fair but the tenants they allow on property is very untrustworthy. Good place to stay at and for a good price

Rooms were clean and had no disruption during my sleep. The service was kind and the rooms were so quiet the AC didn’t even make a sound when it was on. It was pretty cheap too
