Days Inn by Wyndham Monroe LA

It was a very relaxing stay. Clean room, clean property. Helpful and courteous staff. Centrally located to great food and I enjoyed the time there very much. Thanks to everyone.

Clean, comfortable, simple but safe. Located in between Sam's Club and a church. There is a simple breakfast offered. Coffee was good. If you're on a budget but want somewhere safe and clean to stay...this is it. ||We got the queen single bed room

Positive: Location Negative: That nasty carpet is dated, needs to be removed and replaced with laminate flooring for the price point

Issues immediately upon check in. I prepaid through booking.com as a family member was covering the room costs for me as I was visiting due to a death in the family. I work at a hotel myself so I know prepaid reservations use virtual cards provided by the third party booking site, but it only covers room & tax so I knew id have to provide my own card for incidentals at check in. I anticipated this and provided my card at check in for INCIDENTALS ONLY, as the front desk agent said as well. However, I checked my bank account right after to double check how much exactly I had left in my account after the incidental hold and instead saw they took both incidentals AND room and tax on my card despite already having prepaid online! I immediately went back to the front desk agent before even enter

The lady at the front desk was super sweet and welcoming. The property condition was great everything was clean. Room was great up to date and clean. Bed was super comfy! will definitely stay again! Felt very safe and close to amenities
