Terrible experience with the hotel. When we checked in to the room the shower was broken so the water pressure was soo high when it came out the showerhead it actually broke the skin and there was a random piece of metal in the tub. When I went to dry off and go speak to the front desk I found out that they didn’t even clean the room either there was MAKEUP on the towel I just used to wipe my body with. I tried speaking to the front desk attendant but he was too busy and pawned me off on a maintenance guy to get the shower fixed saying his manager would be in touch. While in the room the property manager called the room and was immediately hostile. I answered the phone to a very rude woman barking at me “what’s wrong with your room?” And when I told her that wasn’t the way to start out wit

Positive: "" Negative: There cracker crumbs and 2 screws on the floor. Towels were stained. There was ice buildup that took up half the mini fridge, and overnight it melted and leaked all over the floor and our suitcases. We paid for 3 nights (nonrefundable) but left after 1.

When I entered the room the floors were absolutely dirty. They say you have 10 minutes to complain after walking into your room but it was late. This morning we wanted to take a shower and the tub horrible. There were soap flakes and a brown ring around the tub. This was room 210. I went to front desk to complain, the gentleman up front seemed unfazed. He told me they didn't have any other rooms available. That he was sorry because we couldn't take a shower. I asked for the managers number, once again seemed as if he didn't care. Never again!

Front desk staff was super friendly .. mostly clean from a larger perspective however the smaller things were not taken care of. Such as very dusty on headboards and above mirror and tv ect. Window in room was filthy as were the front doors . Not sure when the ice or soda machine was last wiped down or the floor around them done.. ledge along the halls were dusty.. and the outside area around the hotel was full of trash.. maybe I'm just to attentive to the smaller detail from being housekeeping staff for a while.. also coffee area had no artificial sweetener as an option .. but the beds were comfy and rooms were large and we'll furnished.

Guys do NOT come here this place is really dirty we ask for 2 beds and they gave us a room whit 1 bed and I was fill whit trash and the bed was not made .second room was also dirty and filled whit beer bottles. Third room some one was sleeping in the room!! .Last room we got was alright but ther was stains in the pillows.Guys find some were better then this hotel I hope they get suede
