Cocktail roaches should pay rent. About carried me off. Cook top didn't work. Toilet kept plugging. Had to change rooms on Christmas eve. Next room wasn't much better but the roaches where under control. No cook top. Shower head sprayed everywhere. Had to fix it myself. Kitchen sink was plugged.

Positive: It was a genuinely awful experience Negative: There were two bedside tables each with a lamp and one with a clock. None worked as there was only one outlet in the room - where the air conditioner was plugged in. When I complained to the front desk he came and fixed nothing but broke my own clock.

The hotel has many pedos there. It's sad there's children staying on the property. The roaches crawl up legs while you sit on the toilet. The rooms have a awful smell to them. Couldn't use enough air spray or wash them enough. The front desk women fay and Stephanie always charged diff rates then later would come and threaten you about leaving. Not very professional. The cookeville police and sheriff dept was called there most every night. Fights drugs and just out of hand. One of the employees Faye had her whole family there and that seemed to be an issue. The daughter was over at the truck stop visiting truckers with a girl named Drew. They were barred from ta for this. This place falls short especially when they got scammed by someone pretending to be from the health dept about people sm

rooms where nasty with bugs. need to be shut down. got 2 separate rooms both on the top and bottom floor and both was roach-infested. walls was even dirty. and even when you pulled the sheets up there was roaches do not recommend to anyone that doesn't want to bring critters home
