Red Roof Inn Atlanta - Norcross

had a wonderful stay at the Red Roof Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and appreciated. The customer service was excellent — everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The hotel itself is very nice and well-kept. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What really impressed me was how affordable the stay was for the level of comfort and service provided. It’s not always easy to find a hotel that offers both quality and great pricing, but Red Roof Inn definitely delivers. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant stay at a great value. I will definitely be coming back

After falling into hardship, me and my family have been reliant on hotel stays regularly. Especially now that its getting colder out. Even though they know we stay here primarily, they treat us with kindness and respect. Mr Danny is awesome. The maintenance man Mr. Levi always says hello in the mornings and sparks up a quick conversation which helps to start my day off right. The house keeping staff are very relatable. They're usually out there until the lateafternoon, so if i ever have issues or need TP or a towel, they do it without hesitation or fuss. Good people all around. Its a budget hotel so dont expect immaculate, but the rooms are large, warm, and clean. The area is safe and well lit at night. Even close to public transportation! What else could you want? Positive: The location. Negative: The room had roaches and ants that appeared once I turned on the lights. Had to go back out and buy Raid to get rid of them and make none crawled in bed with me that night. Disgusting.

I’ve been booking with this location nightly for the last 3months. Front desk has been very friendly and accommodating with any issues I brought to their attention. Location is clean and quiet. Highly recommend for booking even for extended periods of time if need be
