Rancho Motel

There were only 2 available outlets in the entire room. If you use any 2 at the same time the whole rooms power would shut off. There were 3 necessary items we couldn’t use at the same time (tv, a/c & fridge). Microwave was automatically out of the question. Went more than half of my stay without power. Also room is filthy as you can see. To top it all off, as if it weren’t already enough, the whole room flooded as I took a shower. Owner refused to give me a refund. After ignoring me after only 2 request of fixing the power situation. So all my items that were on the floor are damaged due to water flooding them.

I thought the reviews mentioning roaches were exaggerating. They're not. One started crawling on me minutes after I arrived. There were also hairs on the pillows. This place is not for the faint of heart.

Good cheap room if you're in the area. Front desk was very polite and professional. Rooms are OK but I suggest booking online so you save some $.

I agree with the previous reviewer, the place is cozy and the staff is kind and helpful. I spend couple days here without problem and love it! Thank you
