We had a great experience at the Ram’s Hotel. The front desk service gentleman was very kind. There was an online check-in process which really helped for a smooth entry. Room was the size of the bed with some walking area, just big enough for what you need. We had the private bathroom, although there is a shared option- both were very clean! Gorgeous detailing in and outside the hotel. Free breakfast voucher for the cafe on the corner- which was also amazing. Parking was able to be found easily- although no on site parking, plenty of parking garages nearby. A place I want to keep in mind the next time I travel to SF. Thank you Rams!!!
I didn't know what to expect, but for the price and location, I couldn't ask for more. The train station was all of a 5 min walk from the hotel and I was able to go up or down the city!
I recently stayed at the Ram's Hotel during a short trip to San Francisco. The location is fantastic, BART Station nearby and centrally located to many attractions. The rooms are small, but clean and the hotel appeared to have been freshly painted recently when I was there. If you want the staff to clean your room, you just need to ask or put a sign on your door, they won't do it automatically, which was fine with me for short stay I preferred not to have anyone coming into my room. After I checked out I realized I had left a watch behind which I had worn for over 20 years. I figured I would never see it again, but I called from the airport and Manager Vik immediately went to to check the room I had stayed in, found the watch, and sent it to me via certified mail right away. It was really
Excellent, relative to this price point in San Francisco. Clean rooms and reliable wifi for remote working. Front desk personnel are super considerate and attentive. Location is central and convenient wherever you need to go in the city. Worth being aware that bathrooms are shared, housekeeping is by request only, and the front desk is only open for a few hours a day. But as an affordable home base for a visit to the city this place is hard to beat.
“Service?” What service. Lady was accommodating at first to lure you in. Made sure they got their money then completely try and gaslight you and make you feel terrible for wanting to spend your money and have somewhere to stay. Not only are you in the probably the worst neighborhood and dangerous in San Francisco but you are with people who don’t truly know the word of hospitality. They have become so jaded due to the fact that they live in an area That their hearts have seemed cold and insinuate the worse in everyone. I try to think the best in everyone, but was seen as some sort of trouble. Not only did it contribute to the worse experience of hotels I have ever stayed in. It probably is the #1 worst “Airbnb” I actually stayed in. Thank you ram hotels for contributing to the most difficu
